For kids over 3 years old and under 11 years old, bounce houses will be delivered & set up by the professional team of Party33 the morning of your event and will be picked up the next morning, customers have to supervise the kids while the unit remains in operation. NOTE: If you need this bounce house delivered & set up to a different location that is not your personal residence, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CONTACT US AT 203-887-3277 during business hours, before you decide to complete the reservation request online. Thank you! The rental rate advertised on this page, DOES NOT include delivery fee and/or CT sales tax. We offer 50% discount on the second day of rental use and this offer it's ONLY available for East, West, North & New Haven residents, in order to get the offer you need to pay full price for the main day of your event and let us know that you would like to keep our bounce house for an extra day at the same location at least 2 days prior to your delivery day, no exceptions. Currently the delivery fee for local New Haven is $30.00 and some areas near New Haven $50.00 Bridgeport, Fairfield and immediate cities delivery fees start at $75.00 and can be as high as $100.00 per delivery, the correct amount is assessed once we know the exact travel distance. ***FAIRFIELD COUNTY DELIVERIES are subject to management approval before we accept and confirm the reservation, we reserve the right to accept or decline any order that doesn't meet the order minimum and we will assess the correct delivery charge once we have verified that the we can service the address that you are requesting service for.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or re-scheduled a bounce house, or any PARTY33 equipment due to an emergency, please contact us directly by phone call, text message, or whatsApp at: 203-887-3277 Cancelling a bounce house at the last minute will incur an a $50 cancellation fee, which will be taken from any amount already paid by you the customer.
